WUDFRd failed to load for the device

Symptoms:
Event viewer is reporting following warning:

Event ID 219:
The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device USB\VID_0483&PID_2016\5&291a186&0&1.

This happens with the original Windows 7 driver, the driver from Windows Update, and also with latest driver from the download section.

There is no yellow question mark in Device Manager, and everything seems to work ok.

Explanation:
Please ignore this warning if everything else is working fine.

Here is Microsoft's expression:
"The event is a side effect of the way the UMDF service is triggered when it starts. This cause any calls to DriverEntry to fail until wudfsvc and wudfpf is started. It is benign. The UMDF team is hoping to address it in future versions of windows."
