How to manage Web Cards

I am using HP SimplePass 2011 and I want to manage / edit / delete my Web Card(s).


Registering a website creates an icon and associated web card for that icon. The associated web card displays the website name, website address, user name, password, and other applicable information associated with the icon.

If you decide to manage or delete the web card please follow the procedure below:

1) Open HP SimplePass 2011 application (go to Start Menu > All Programs > HP > HP SimplePass 2011)



2) Swipe an enrolled finger to authenticate or bypass it by entering your Windows password



3) On the enrollment page and type the name, URL or its part into the Search box. a list of relevant Web Cards will be displayed.

Alternatively in the left bottom corner select desired category from the drop-down box. A list of Web Cards relevant for the category will be displayed.

Right click on the desired Web Card. Web Card details appear.



Here you can:
 - edit your user name (rewrite your username and click Save)
 - edit your password (rewrite your password and click Save)
 - reveal your password if you have forgotten it (click on the eye icon, authenticate yourself)
 - delete the Web Card (click on the TrashBin icon)
 - change the Web Card icon (click on Update Icon button)
 - change the Web Card's category
 - Enable/Disable Website Log On for this Web Card (check/uncheck Enable Website Log On and click Save)print
