Error 0xe73c0003: Wrong version of registration data, or the data file is invalid

Problem description:
I cannot import password bank registrations (*.pb) created by previously installed Protector Suite. I always get following error message:

"Could not import registrations."
"0xe73c0003 Wrong version of registration data, or the data file is invalid."

Answer:
It seems that you are trying to import PasswordBank backup created by newer version of Protector Suite (e.g. 5.9.x) into some older version of Protector Suite (e.g. 5.8.x).

This scenario is not supported. You need to install at least the same version as before or some higher version in order to import the PasswordBank registrations backup file (*.pb).
