Just purchased Eikon Digital Privacy Manager and the software on the CD is outdated

If you have purchased an Eikon or Eikon To Go Digital Privacy Manager within the last 6 months, you are entitled to get a free upgrade to Protector Suite 2011. Please contact our support for further help. A copy of invoice/receipt will be required.

Please note the free upgrade is available for purchases of Digital Privacy Manager packages only! It is possible to buy a standalone (bulk) Eikon reader for a lower price, but it doesn't come with a software license. Bulk readers are intended for software developers who don't need a software or for customers who wants to use third-party application. 

Please always check with your re-seller that the software license is included before you buy!
