For external USB fingerprint readers (e.g. Eikon family) there is no SDK available for Android, since the USB peripheral readers cannot be usually connected to Android devices (except some netbooks or tablets). Mobile phones with Android do not have USB host interface required to connect a USB peripheral.

There is however a mobile phone with integrated AuthenTec AES1750 smart sensor - Motorola Atrix 4G. Recently we have released an SDK for Android to support this device. Please check our website for more details. http://www.authentec.com/a/ATRIX.aspx
